These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Arithmetic Rush, a mobile application developed and operated by TehRocketLab ("we", "us"). By downloading or using Arithmetic Rush you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. Eligibility

Arithmetic Rush is a math practice game suitable for users of all ages, including children. It requires no account and collects no personal information.

2. License to use

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Arithmetic Rush for your own non-commercial, educational, and entertainment purposes. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the app or its content
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
• Use the app for any commercial purpose without written permission

3. No accounts, no purchases

Arithmetic Rush is free to use. It has no user accounts, no subscriptions, no in-app purchases, and no advertising. It runs entirely on your device.

4. Intellectual property

All content in Arithmetic Rush — including the name, logo, design, sounds, and code — is owned by TehRocketLab or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any intellectual property to you.

5. Disclaimer of warranties

Arithmetic Rush is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TehRocketLab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — Arithmetic Rush, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed SGD 10.

7. Privacy

Your use of Arithmetic Rush is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the app after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
